Naturally purple to dark brown in color, walnut is resistant to wear. In walnut, the grayish brown to dark brown heartwood is clearly distinguished from the grayish white sapwood. The growth rings are clearly visible and give each handle a different pattern. We oil and polish each handle several times by hand, which emphasizes the natural structure of the wood and gives each handle a beautiful, smooth surface. The oil we use is based on a natural linseed oil mixture and complies with the safety for toys according to DIN EN 71 part 3.

Wood is a durable material by nature. But like us, your handle needs some attention. So don't leave it in the water, dry it briefly if possible. It will thank you for it.

With master turner Thomas Meier, we developed our first prototypes and started production. In the meantime, the chips are also flying for Shavejack at the Stich woodturning workshop. Each handle thereby also supports small businesses and stands for solid craftsmanship.
